1 This open workshop is intended for both project managers and members of project or product teams. The optimal number of participants is between 6 and 12.

During the workshop, participants will be introduced to selected techniques that enable efficient and effective project management. The workshop is conducted as a case study of successive stages of a real project. Participants can choose one of several proposed projects and then follow and discuss the subsequent steps of its execution.

  • · Introduction to Project Management Participants will be introduced to the theoretical aspects of project management, learning key terms, methodologies, and the reasons for undertaking projects.
  • · Requirements Gathering and Documentation Focus on techniques for collecting and conveying project requirements, setting objectives, and creating project documentation.
  • · Team Formation and Contractual Agreements Development of a work plan, establishment of the project team, and discussion of potential pitfalls related to subcontractor agreements.
  • · Task Execution and Monitoring Techniques for task execution, tracking progress, and reporting.
  • · Project Closure and Retrospective Concluding the workshop with a discussion on methods for knowledge gathering and utilization in future projects, handling failures, and celebrating successes.
