Our job is to explain what changes in technology to the people and teams who have to keep up — without hype, without selling dreams, in the time they actually have.
We believe in three things: practice over theory, trainers from production rather than career instructors (the people teaching here work in IT day to day), and an honest conversation about cost (a course is an investment — we show real numbers, not marketing promises).

The Academy is founded
The school starts — our first IT courses in Gdańsk.

Going nationwide
More courses and the first groups outside the Tricity area.

First B2B projects
The first orders for company teams. The B2B department is created.

A full pivot to online
Every course moves to a live online format. The first academy in a video formula.

Hello Work
We launch outplacement — career support for employees leaving a company.
