AI training for companies

Bring AI into your team.
Hands-on, not theoretical.

AI workshops across business areas — from implementing AI in the organization and working with the tools, through to RAG, agents and machine learning for engineering teams. We pick the program around the tasks your team actually performs.

How we teach AI

Tools are not enough — what counts is the application.

After the training the team should be able to use AI in its own work, not just know that it exists. That's why every program rests on three things.

01

Concrete use cases

The program starts by establishing where AI can genuinely help in your company. We practise on the team's own tasks, not on demos found online.

02

A stack built for production

Commercial and open-source models, vector databases, agents, MLOps. Tools the team will actually maintain after the training.

03

Safety and compliance

Usage policies, personal data, the risk of hallucinations, response evaluation, AI Act requirements. These topics are present in the programs from day one.

Tool stack

The AI tools we teach.

We work on a real, production stack — from assistants and generators to agent platforms.

FAQ

Frequently asked

How do I choose the right program for my team?

+

It starts with a short conversation — we ask about goals, the team's level and the tools you use. On that basis we propose a program from the catalog or a set of modules drawn from several trainings.

Do we work on my company's data?

+

Yes, if that is what you want. We agree the scope of data available during the workshops with the client's IT team and cover it with a non-disclosure agreement. Alternatively we practise on data prepared to resemble your processes.

In what format do you run the training?

+

On-site at the client's office or in our rooms, live online (Zoom/Teams), or hybrid. We match the format to how distributed the team is and to the topic — hands-on tool workshops usually work better on-site.

Does the training end with a certificate?

+

Yes. Once the training is passed, every participant receives a personalized infoShare Academy certificate stating the scope of the program. In development academies we add levels and a progress summary.

How does pricing work?

+

Pricing is individual — it depends on the program, its length, the format and the number of participants. We prepare the proposal and schedule after the brief.

FAQ

FAQ — AI training for companies

Questions that boards and tech leads most often ask before rolling out AI training.

Which AI technologies do you cover?

+

The catalog covers 61 AI trainings in these areas: AI, Machine Learning, AI for business analysts, Deep Learning, Digital medicine. In practice: generative AI and prompt engineering (GPT, Copilot), working with model APIs, RAG with LangChain, AI agents, machine learning (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, MLflow, Kubeflow), deep learning (NLP, computer vision, transformer models) and data security in AI projects.

Do you have training for non-technical departments?

+

Yes — one-day AI workshops for marketing, sales, customer service, recruitment and graphics, as well as "AI for Analysts: From Data to Decisions" and an introduction to Microsoft Copilot for business departments. No coding required.

Does the training include work on real tasks?

+

Yes. The workshops are exercise-driven: participants work on examples set in the company's context. In longer programs, one of the exercises is often building a prototype solution for a selected process.

Do you cover the AI Act and security?

+

Yes. Compliance and risk run through the deployment programs, and the catalog also contains trainings devoted to security: "GenAI Secure App Development", "Data security in artificial intelligence projects", "Protecting machine learning models from attacks" and — for healthcare — "AI in Medicine and the AI Act".

How long does it take from brief to the start of training?

+

Usually a few weeks — most of the time goes into agreeing the scope and fitting the date to the calendars of the team and the trainer. For urgent requests we look for the trainer's nearest free slot.

Can the training be delivered in English?

+

Yes, some of our trainers run sessions in English — flag it in your inquiry and we'll check the availability of the trainer and the materials.
