  • · Day 1 Introduction: course goals, participant needs, and warm-up exercise Module I Introduction to Design Thinking – overview of the process, characteristics, and examples from Poland and abroad Module II Discovering + defining the problem – analyzing available information to identify the root cause, understanding the broader context, and defining the challenge to solve Module III Empathizing – creating personas based on target audience profiles using three selected techniques Wrap-up of Modules I–III with key takeaways
  • · Day 2 Recap of training goals and review of Modules I–III Module IV Ideation – generating ideas and selecting the best solutions Module V Visualization – exploring methods of visualizing ideas and presenting concepts with chosen techniques Module VI Prototyping – building a tangible project using available materials: process, model, product, storyboard, user experience list, application interfaces, sketches Module VII Testing – collecting quick user feedback on the prepared prototype Final Summary Review of the Design Thinking process and outcomes Feedback and reflections
